The Lakers defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 118-104 with good performances from Luka Doncic, Andre Ayton and Austin Reaves.
Doncic had a double-double of 24 points and 12 assists, to which he added seven rebounds in forty minutes on the court.
For his part, Austin Reaves was the top scorer of the game for the Lakers, with 31 points, and Deandre Ayton contributed with 20 points and 16 rebounds.
This is the second NBA Cup game that the Lakers have won and are recovering from the painful loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder this week.
After this victory, the Lakers added a record of nine wins and four losses under the command of JJ Redick.
LeBron James is close to returning to the Lakers
Los Angeles dominated for most of the match, in which they were only down on the scoreboard at 10-11 in the first period. They led by 15 in the opening quarter and had a maximum margin of 22 points.
They shot with 51% accuracy on field goals to relaunch themselves after the difficult night in Oklahoma City, when they had their worst numbers of the course, not exceeding a modest 40.3%.
