Beyoncé will return to the 2026 Met Gala as co-host



There is good news in the world of fashion: Beyoncé was announced as one of the co-hosts of the Met Gala 2026marking its long-awaited return to the haute couture event for the first time in a decade.

The iconic superstar, 44, will join an all-star group of co-hosts, including acclaimed actress Nicole Kidmanthe tennis legend Venus Williams and the preeminent figure of fashion Anna Wintour.

Vogue confirmed the role of the hosts in the celebration of the spring exhibition of the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, whose theme will be “Costume Art”.

Beyoncé’s appearance on the 2026 Met Gala carpet will be especially significant, as the singer has not attended the event since 2016.when she dazzled with a Givenchy Haute Couture at the “Manus x Machina” gala.

Since her debut in 2008, the artist has stepped onto the famous stairs seven times, turning each look into a cultural moment.
