The United States Department of Defense prevented Ukraine To be able to bring positions with Moscow with the aim of achieving an agreement to end the war, the Wall Street Journal advanced exclusively.
Since the late spring, the Pentagon has vetoed the use of its tactical missile systems (ATACMS) against Objectives within Russia, as explained by two officials to the newspaper.
Defense created a “review mechanism” To decide if the Ukrainian forces could use these weapons, upon request, to attack Moscow.
This decision affects both long -range weapons manufactured in the US, and those supplied by European allies that depend on US intelligence and technology.
In this way, the Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegesh, has the last word in attacks with Atacms, which have a range of about 300 km.
The objective seems to be an attempt to bring positions with Kremlin to initiate peace conversations, although, meanwhile, the military capacity of the Ukrainian forces has been limited.

There is no possibility of winning! It is the same with Ukraine and Russia. The corrupt and incompetent Joe Biden did not let Ukraine counterattack, only to defend himself, ”Trump wrote today in his social social network.
