In a recent interview with the magazine Hello!, Maluma talked about the difficulties and satisfactions he has experienced since he became a father.
The Colombian singer confessed that the arrival of his first daughter brought months of very intense changes for both him and his surroundingssince I had never had the experience of being dad before.
“The first months were somewhat complex, like one is never used to being a father,” the artist shared.
The adaptation was difficult not only by the baby, but also by the need to balance her new family responsibility with her musical career.
Despite the challenges, Maluma was clear about the type of father who wanted to be: a responsible and present father. He recalled that he was the first to fed Paris upon leaving the hospital, and although they have help, he has dedicated himself to enjoying every moment with his daughter.
During the interview, Maluma also talked about the doubts that arose about how to combine his father’s facet with his professional life.
“If I am a father, at what time are I going to ride a stage, if I am a father, at what time I will go to the studio?” The singer questioned, who discovered that the key is to find a balance: “Do not neglect my home, but neither do you neglect my career.”
Maluma added that what I needed was to enjoy as a family and then go to workalways with the happiness that your daughter is healthy.
